Job Description Technical Services Engineer Vacancy - From £31,000, dependent on experience

JW Lees are recruiting for an Engineer to join the Technical Services Team based at our Greengate Brewery in Manchester. This important role will be key in the service, installation, and maintenance of all our beer dispense systems across the entire JW Lees estate.

This role is based at the JW Lees Brewery in Middleton, Manchester, but involves daily travel to our customers a cross the North West and North Wales.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Service, installation, and maintenance of all beer dispense across all JW Lees pubs, Inns and Hotels, Free Trade and Pub Partnerships
• To advise trade customers on correct procedures for conditioning and dispensing JW Lees beers
• Installation and servicing of temporary bars for outside events and festivals
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork including stock control
• NAV system experience but not essential as training is provided
• Meet productivity performance levels to achieve service level agreements
• Diagnose & repair faults in JW Lees dispense systems.
• Health & Safety procedures must be always followed, ensuring the safety of yourself, Team members, customers & members of the public to minimise risk of accident and injury.

Required skills and experience:

• Full Driving Licence
• Flexibility to work on the out of hours call-out rota - working 5pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-9pm on weekends for 1 in every 5 weeks
• Industry experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given
• Beer dispense/Brewery/Drinks Dispense experience is ideal but not essential as comprehensive training is given
• The ability to work with tools and enjoy problem solving technical issues.
