Abbott in the Midlands is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to support customers through installations, deinstallations, repairs and software upgrades. You will train customers and Abbott ambassadors, perform PM activities, site inspections, and IQOQ procedures to ensure smooth deployments.
The role requires aBachelor’s degree or equivalent and a proven track record with customers and lab staff, plus strong communication and coaching skills.

Our technical service team is currently recruiting for a Technical Service Specialist to support Midlands.
The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for providing support to our customer base, you will be responsible for handling installations and deinstallations, repairs, instrument hardware or software upgrades and providing basic training to customers and Abbott Ambassadors.
