Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd in Mitcham, London is seeking a Technical Service Coordination Engineer to oversee service, maintenance and installation activities across the UK.

The role reports to the MD and requires strong organisation, communication and technical understanding. This is a permanent office-based position with 37.5 hours per week and training on company products and standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Experience coordinating field engineers or maintenance teams.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems like Dynamics 365.
• Technical/engineering background in service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service, maintenance and installation activities across multiple sites.
• Schedule engineers and manage workloads to meet service commitments.
• Act as a main point of contact for customers and provide project updates.
• Maintain service records, schedules and project documentation.
• Track progress and ensure activities meet timescales.
• Use Excel and Dynamics 365 to manage schedules and data.
• Coordinate resources with engineers, suppliers and customers.
• Assist with quotations, reports and service documentation.
• Monitor outstanding actions and ensure completion.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes.
• Assist with project coordination and operational activities.
