Qualifications

• A technical qualification in electronics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic products.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service and Repairs team and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability.
• Support complex fault diagnosis and root-cause investigations.
• Improve product reliability and customer outcomes with engineering.
• Collaborate across departments to remove barriers and drive excellence.
• Prepare the department for ISO 13485 compliance.
