Job summary

GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED seeks a Technical Service Lead for a 12-month maternity-cover role. You will own the Service and Repairs function, lead a skilled team, and ensure customers receive a responsive, reliable repair service while shaping the future of the operation.

You will combine hands-on technical problem-solving with people leadership, driving continuous improvement across the customer journey and supporting ISO 13485 readiness.

Qualifications

• A technical qualification in electronics, engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing electronic products.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Service and Repairs team.
• Coach and develop team members to build confidence and capability.
• Act as the technical expert supporting fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Work with Hardware Engineering to improve product reliability.
• Drive improvements across Customer Services, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering.
• Lead ISO 13485 readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives.
