Job summary

Midlands Truck & Van in Coventry is seeking a Parts Advisor to support the depot's busy parts department during the late shift. You will handle parts orders, assist customers, and use multiple systems including ADP/Kerridge and MS Office to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have experience in automotive dealerships, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills. MS Office proficiency and ADP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience of commercial Vehicle / Automotive dealerships.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of a busy parts environment whilst using multiple systems.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good working knowledge of ADP.

• Support all aspects of the Coventry depot operations.

Midlands Truck & Van is an approved Mercedes-Benz Franchised Commercial Vehicle Dealer with dedicated locations in Birmingham, Boston, Coventry, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Wellingborough and Wolverhampton.

We currently have a position for a Parts Advisor working out of our Coventry Depot working on the Late shift.

The role will support all aspects of the depot and will include tasks associated with a busy parts department.

The person we seek will ideally have experience within a busy automotive type business. Proactive and resourceful you will have a committed approach to customer care and an excellent communicator with knowledge of the computer system ADP/Kerridge a great advantage.
