• Assist sales units with Risk Calculators and Project Evaluation documents.
• Comment on risk assessments to minimise exposure to Jotun.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers promptly per guidelines.
• Share learnings to reduce recurrence of claims.
• Conduct site inspections of coating projects when required.
