Jotun Paints (Europe) Ltd in the UK is seeking a candidate to support sales by ensuring technically correct bids and documentation, and by investigating complaints to determine root causes. You will participate in customer meetings to minimise risks and ensure customer expectations are met.
The role involves handling technical inquiries, providing project-specific procedures, and supporting the use of sales tools while contributing to risk management and learning from incident reviews.
Support sales in selling technically correct systems and use of products by quality assuring that bids are in accordance with technical requirements and taking part in customer meetings to minimise risks to Jotun and ensure that customers’ expectations are met. Support complaints handling by carrying out investigations, identification of possible root causes and documentation of assigned complaints in order to conclude the technical aspect of a complaint.
