Job summary

Jotun Paints (Europe) Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive technical support professional to ensure bids meet technical requirements and standards. You will assist sales with documentation, perform root-cause analyses for complaints, and participate in customer meetings to minimize risks and align with customer expectations.

You will also support sales tools, respond to technical inquiries, and share learnings from cases to improve future outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quality of technical information in bids and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Support sales by providing documentation, draft specifications, and project procedures.
• Handle complaint cases through investigation, root-cause analysis and reporting to closure.
• Support sales units in using TSS tools such as Risk Calculators and Project Evaluation documents.
• Continuously evaluate risk assessments and suggest countermeasures to minimize risk exposure to Jotun.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers via sales promptly according to policies and guidelines.
• Share learnings from complaint cases by documenting corrective actions and outcomes.
• Conduct site inspection of coating projects as required.
