Job summary

Jotun Paints (Europe) Ltd in the UK is seeking a production operator to mix, produce and fill paints to the required quality levels. You will support daily schedules, use site IT tools and adhere to HSEQ standards while contributing to 5S and other improvement activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, initiative and teamwork within a site offering facilities and opportunities for development across a major coatings business.

Responsibilities

• Produce paints to correct quality as stated in Work Instruction.
• Fill approved paints according to Work instructions
• Take initiative to improve daily tasks/topics
• Use IT tools available at work centre
• Participate actively in ongoing improvement works on site, like 5S and ODM.
• Follow internal and external rules/procedures and follow Jotun's values.
• Perform daily tasks according to SOPs/OPLs within relevant area
