Technical Sales Support Engineer

We are now looking to strengthen our internal technical support team by recruiting a high-calibre Technical Sales Support Engineer.

The Role of the Technical Sales Support Engineer:

• Providing application support for mechanical or electrical applications.
• Offering industry-leading support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing multiple projects on a priority basis.
• Delivering excellent customer service via email, Teams, and occasionally onsite visits.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong engineering experience of 5+ years.
• Excellent technical background in mechanical or electrical domains.
• Experience with motors, actuators, fluid power, PLCs, I/O devices is a plus.
• Background in machine building or systems integration is desirable.
• Hands-on approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a large, supportive team.
• Strong IT skills.
• Willingness to engage with customers face-to-face when required.
