Job summary

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a proactive Technical Sales professional to join our UK team. You will promote our admixture and concrete solutions, support key accounts, and deliver practical technical training to clients in the mining and tunnelling sectors.

You will travel to regional sites, build strong relationships with engineers and decision-makers, collaborate with internal teams, and help specify our products on projects while benefiting from full training and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: ability to pass pre-employment medical and background checks.
• Travel to regional locations as required.
• Understanding of construction industry processes and technologies.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Deliver technical product training and knowledge transfer.
• Identify and engage decision-makers among tunnelling/mining stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Represent the company at industry events and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the product range.
