Job summary

Forge Talent Group is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to cultivate relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders across London and Home Counties. The role blends technical knowledge with commercial and customer-facing responsibilities in concrete and construction systems.

You will work with engineers, architects and builders to understand project requirements and demonstrate how our products provide effective structural solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete, structural precast or construction sectors.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Ability to present technical solutions and commercial value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities across London and surrounding regions.
• Providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
• Understanding project requirements and recommending structural solutions.
• Working with engineering teams to develop project-specific solutions.
• Presenting products and technical solutions to customers and project teams.
• Monitoring projects from specification to delivery.
