Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Midlands region. This field-based role involves visiting clients across Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Leicester, Northampton, Shrewsbury, Telford, Walsall and Wolverhampton to promote products and services.

You will prepare quotes, lead negotiations, and manage your own diary while supporting exhibitions and events. A sales background in metrology, engineering, manufacturing or similar is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales professional in engineering/ manufacturing or similar industries.
• Proven ability to identify needs and close deals with clients.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients and potential customers to identify needs and promote company products and services.
• Field based with customer visits across the Midlands region.
• Covering Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Leicester, Northampton, Shrewsbury, Telford, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
• Prepare quotes and lead negotiations with clients.
• Manage your own diary and work independently across the region.
• Support exhibitions and marketing events.

Competitive Salary DOE + Uncapped OTE + Company Car + Pension Scheme + 23 Days Holiday (Increases up to 28 Days with Service) + Bank Holidays + Private Health Scheme (After 3 Years Service)

The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional with experience working within engineering, measurement, manufacturing or similar industries.

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing customer accounts and driving new business opportunities at client sites throughout the Midlands. This is a field:based position, and you will regularly attend customer sites to offer demonstrations and attend meetings.
