Qualifications

• Experience in international technical sales, ideally within laboratory equipment, environmental testing, or a closely related field.
• Engineering background (HND or equivalent) or strong technical aptitude with consultative selling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Responsibilities

• Support a global network of distributors and agents in key export markets to deliver sales growth objectives.
• Answer technical questions from distributors and agents, translating standards and requirements into clear, practical guidance.
• Provide in-depth technical support to customers, including advising on chamber specifications and corrosion testing standards.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations online and on-site.
• Maintain CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and produce accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Visit customers to follow up enquiries, convert opportunities into orders, and support pricing discussions in line with the sales strategy.
