We're recruiting for an exciting newly created Technical Sales Manager position within a specialist marine manufacturing business that supplies high-performance products to racing yachts, superyachts and marine professionals worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit established international accounts while playing a pivotal role in developing a growing superyacht division. Working closely with the Sales Director and wider operational teams, you'll become a key commercial contact, helping customers deliver complex projects while driving sustainable business growth.
This role combines technical sales, account management, project coordination and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and seeing projects through from enquiry to delivery. You'll manage existing customers across the UK and international markets while identifying and developing new opportunities within the superyacht, refit, management company and boatyard sectors.
We're keen to hear from candidates with strong B2B sales or account management experience who enjoy selling technical, engineered or specification led products. You may come from a marine, engineering, manufacturing, performance sport or other technical sales background.
