Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Technical Sales Manager in Shropshire (home-based with 1–2 office days every two weeks). The role targets approx. £1.5 million annual revenue, managing estimators, visiting key accounts and guiding customers from enquiry to quotation.

Expect a competitive package: £60,000–£65,000 base, a company car or car allowance and a 10% annual bonus. The position is hybrid with occasional site visits across the UK.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment experience required.
• Strong relationship-building and partnership skills essential.
• Background in technical sales with capital equipment, pneumatic systems, filtration, material handling or conveying.
• ATEX regulations knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue target of circa £1.5 million.
• Lead and allocate workload for estimators in the team.
• Carry out customer visits with key accounts.
• Provide updates to customers on manufacturing progress.
• Respond to changes in enquiries and manage ongoing quotations.
