Job summary

Magma Group—a specialist manufacturer of high-performance refractory and ceramic products—seeks a Technical Sales Manager to develop key customer relationships, drive revenue growth and provide expert technical support across the UK. Qualifications

• Proven B2B technical sales experience with engineers or technical stakeholders.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets in a technical environment.
• Experience handling complex product applications and cross-functional proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of UK key accounts, focusing on engineers and production teams.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with aerospace, defence, and foundry customers.
• Deliver technically credible proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Provide expert guidance on refractory and ceramic product applications.
• Support customers with product performance, optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to aftersales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, representing the business at events.
