You will lead an established team, shape sales strategy and work closely with marketing, operations and product teams to deliver results and grow the business in the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales in a technical, industrial or e-commerce environment.
• Confident selling solutions, not just products.
• Enjoys being on the phone and involved in deals personally.
• Can balance personal sales performance with team leadership.
• Organised, commercially minded and comfortable being accountable for results.
• Experience with magnets, separation systems or industrial equipment is helpful.
