Job summary

Magma Catalyst is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to develop key customer relationships and drive revenue growth across the UK. This field-based role focuses on managing a portfolio of key accounts, particularly in the North of England, and requires expertise in refractory and ceramic product applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a degree in a relevant discipline. A competitive salary of £55,000–£60,000 plus bonus is offered, along with hot-desk facilities at their locations.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B technical sales or business development.
• Experience engaging with engineers, metallurgists, production teams or technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and organised with a full UK driving licence.
