Eclipse Global is recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to lead technical discussions with clients for live event productions at a premier London venue. Based on site, you will guide events from concept through delivery, combining sales prowess with technical know‑how in lighting, audio and LED.

The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage teams and liaise with suppliers while delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of events production experience.
• Excellent sales ability and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and managerial capabilities.
• Experience managing other people is advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge in Lighting, Audio, Projection and LED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships at all levels.
• Proactively seek sales and upsell opportunities.
• Manage events and conferences from budgeting to billing.
• Supervise live events on site.
• Liaise with third-party providers to source equipment and labour.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service.
• Market and promote the company’s services.
• Coordinate with internal and external production stakeholders.

  The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.

Our dedicated team of professionals brings exceptional events to life in all scales and formats. Currently, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Sales Manager to join our team.
Based on site at a prestigious London venue, this is an exciting and fast paced technical sales
manager role. The successful candidate should have the ability and the experience to guide prospective clients through the technical side of their event, from concept to delivery.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining and developing client relationships, at all levels
• Proactively seeking out sales and upselling opportunities
• Managing of events and conferences from budgeting to billing
• Supervision of live events
• Liaising with external third-party providers to source equipment and technical labour
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
• Marketing and promoting the company’s services
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Potential for line management responsibilities

Experience Required:

• Excellent sales ability and experience
• 2+ years of events production experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and managerial skills
• Strong technical knowledge specifically working with Lighting, Audio, Projection and LED.
