Job summary

CDM Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Estimator / Pricer to join a busy sales office in Middlesbrough. The role focuses on producing accurate quotations and supporting sales teams with pricing insight across a technical product range.

You will liaise with colleagues across branches, review pricing with supplier changes, and manage multiple quotations to meet deadlines. A background in estimating or sales support, strong numeracy and proficiency with Microsoft Office are highly

• Experience in estimating, pricing or sales support.
• Strong numerical/analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing principles.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations from enquiries.
• Liaise across branches to clarify pricing and customer requirements.
• Provide pricing guidance to improve accuracy and conversion.
• Analyse market trends and product ranges for competitive pricing.
• Review pricing in response to supplier changes and market movement.
• Manage multiple quotations and deadlines.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders by telephone and email.
