Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join the Account Management team across the UK. The role blends sales targets with engineering expertise, visiting customers on-site to maximise Arrow's revenue share and profitability.

You will plan strategies, develop relationships, and support customers with design opportunities and supply chain solutions. Travel across the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers.
• Industry knowledge - preferably previous experience working in distribution/OEM
• Technical selling skillset
• Customer- and sympathy

Responsibilities

• Maintain current, detailed account profiles for all assigned accounts.
• Develop clear account strategies focused on highest-growth opportunities and promote top suppliers.
• Coordinate manufacturer and FAE support to win new design opportunities and deepen engagement.
• Understand supply chain options and ensure continuity of supply while balancing inventory goals.
