Job summary

Rotork, the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, is seeking a customer-facing administrator to support quotations and technical specifications. You will build strong relationships with a global customer base and work closely with External Sales Teams and the Service Department to ensure accurate, timely responses.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will handle quotations, review specifications, and ensure service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems essential.
• Experience handling quotations and related processes.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations accurately within agreed timescales.
• Review technical documentation, specifications and customer orders for accuracy.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to a global customer base.
