Project Manager - Third Party Sales Transfer and Entity Split (12m Fixed term contact)

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position (No day rate candidates)
The Project Manager – 3rd Party Sales Transfer(3PST)and EntitySplitleadsa mission-critical transformation stream within Rotork’s Global MS D365 deployment. The rolewill project manage twodeployment-critical deliverables:
- The transfer of third-party customers from Rotork factories to the appropriate global selling entities;
- The successful split of selling entities from factories in multiple countries.
This position therefore orchestrates a complex, multi-country change initiative, aligning Country Leaders, Plant Managers, Commercial, Legal, Tax, HR, and Data teams behind a single, structured transferand entity split approach. The Project Manager ensures robust planning, disciplined governance, and proactive change and risk management, enabling each initiative to be executed with precision and minimal disruption.
As such the role directly enables the successful and sustainable deployment of Rotork’s global D365 solution and strengthens the future commercial operating model.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ownership and management of the3PSTprocess for allRotork Global Entities, and the split of multipleentities.
- Put in place the necessary business change activities to ensure our people understand what is changing, whywe’remaking the change, and they understand the role theyhave toplay.This includes ensuring training materials reflect best practices and lessons learned, and are aligned with D365 processes, commercial requirements, and regional operating models.
- Lead the end‑to‑endreadiness process,consolidatingfunctional checklists and presenting status to Steering Committee.
- Drive structured gate reviews and ensure all sections meet Green/Amber/Red criteria before approval.
- Manage interdependencies with the DRIVE Programme and external projects, and escalated risks, issues, and exceptions with clear mitigation plans.
- Monitor, track, and control project delivery and work with key stakeholders to resolve issues, conflicts,dependenciesand critical path deliverables.
- Provide leadership by building and motivatinglocal and global team membersand provide guidanceonsolutionandprocessto unblock critical tasks.
- Identifyand develop trusted adviser relationships with key global,regionaland local stakeholders.
- Ensure that best practices and lessons learned frompreviousdeploymentsareunderstoodandadopted.
- Work closely with the 3PST Training Coordinator to define, design, and deliver productandprocesstrainingrequiredfor Selling Entities to take over customers from the transferring factories.
- Coordinate factory‑specific product training, ensuring Product Managers, Engineering, andCommercialTeams contributeaccurateand relevant content that equips SE teams to quote, support, and manage transferred customers confidently from day one.
Required skills and experience:
- At least5 years’experience of successfully deliveringcomplex transformation programmeswithin an engineering andmanufacturing context, including people, process, and system activities.
- Strong cross functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and activities.
- Ability to interpret commercial,data migration,legal, tax, and operational impacts.
- Experience in structured governance, risk management, anddecision-makingframeworks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with data driven decision making.
- Must be willing to travel regulary and provide on the ground programme leadership
- Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organisation, embrace diversity and inspire/influence others to be the best they can be.
- Proven ability to set andmaintaindirection and hold self and others to account to deliver business outcomes on time and within budget.
