Responsibilities

• Allocate workloads and priorities for the team.
• Support preparation of customer pricing and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate customer requirements from enquiry to completion.
• Work with product information, specifications and drawings.
• Review complex requirements and propose solutions.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments.
• Ensure orders, pricing and project details are accurate.
• Coach team members and develop staff.
• Maintain accurate data in internal systems.
• Identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.
