Job summary

Wolseley Pipe and Climate Centre in Aston is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to answer phones, provide product quotations and support trade customers.

You will follow up quotes, update the system with orders and quotes, and assist at the trade counter, with warehousing duties including picking, packing and stock control.

This full-time, 40-hour/week role operates Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow within the Wolseley Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales or service environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and confident speaking with customers.
• Ability to manage quotes and follow up with clients.
• Experience supporting trade counter and warehouse activities.

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Aston you'll be responsible for:

• Answering phones and providing product quotations to customers.
• Following up and chasing customers for the quotes and orders.
• Updating the system with order information and quotes.
• Serving customers on the trade counter.
• Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm with 1 hour break. No weekend work required.
