Job summary

BM Group in Sheffield is seeking a proactive Procurement Support role within the Architectural division at the Sheffield Depot to help manage stock procurement and logistics. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipping, process orders, respond to emails, and support the sales team while building strong supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will excel at prioritising tasks, communicating clearly, and delivering excellent service to construction customers.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of stock items from far east and UK.
• Organising inbound shipping and booking in material.
• Processing orders on the system and following orders through to completion.
• Responding to internal and external emails promptly.
• Support the sales function.
• Organising outbound transport bookings for couriers.
• Build and maintain contact databases.
• Provide regular information on new products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement of stock items from far east and UK
• Organising inbound shipping
• Booking in material
• Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion
• Responding to internal and external emails in a timely manner
• Support the sales function
• Organising outbound transport bookings for various couriers
• Build and maintain contact databases
• Provide regular, ongoing information on ew products and services
