Kirkland Associates in Leicestershire is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to identify new opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships across the UK and Europe.

You will manage your own pipeline, visit customers, propose technical solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. The role offers a base of £35,000+, plus bonus, profit share, company car, private healthcare and enhanced pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
• Experience within machinery sales or a technical environment would be advantageous.
• Proactive, ambitious and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to manage workload, pipeline and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Generate new leads and manage your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to successful conversion.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across the UK and Europe.
• Visit customers regularly, providing a consultative and knowledgeable approach to their requirements.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and identify the right technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system.
• Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistently high levels of service.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that support the continued growth of the company and its customer base.
