Job summary

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Executive for an automotive parts supplier in the UK. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending the best parts solutions, and delivering consultative sales to a growing client base.

You will manage existing customers and warm leads, with uncapped commission and clear progression within a strong brand expanding across the UK market. Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Background in automotive/engineering technical sales.
• Experience with consultative selling.
• Ability to handle warm leads and develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and propose the best parts/solution.
• Ensure ordered parts are correct and compatible.

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a highly successful and growing Automotive Parts Supplier to recruit for a Technical Sales Executive this role is very much based on a solutions based sales background!

Ideal background would be Automotive / Engineering within Technical Sales

In this position you will be responsible for :

• Working with the customer in regards to what parts is needed / solution is best
• Ensuring the parts ordered are correct / compatible
• Provide the customer with a consultative sale

This role has an established customer base, warm leads and it one of a kind product base but there is is also that push for new business development

Salary - £35,000 to £40,000 uncapped commission

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday working hours - 8.30 to 5pm
