Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a Sustainability Integration Manager to embed sustainability across the business, coordinating governance, reporting, and engagement.

You will work with teams across functions and report to the Director of Sustainability, shaping how the brand demonstrates its commitments today and tomorrow. You'll drive governance, disclosures, and data management, build capability through training and comms, and help track progress against evolving ESG requirements while delivering

Qualifications

• Stakeholder Engagement & Influencing: Builds relationships across functions to drive action.
• Reporting & Data Governance: Understands sustainability reporting and data controls for credible disclosures.
• Regulatory & ESG Insight: Stays up-to-date with ESG regulations and translates them into actions.
• Communication & Organisational Enablement: Delivers clear communications and tools to enable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sustainability governance, reporting and compliance activities to support delivery.
• Manage sustainability reporting, disclosures and external assurance processes.
• Monitor ESG performance, ratings and regulations influencing risk management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement sustainability policies and standards.
• Develop sustainability training, communications and engagement to raise awareness.
