Job summary

FTSE 250 | International Technology Business in Central London (Hybrid) seeks a Head of Group Reporting to own external reporting, technical accounting and financial controls. You will work with the CFO and leadership on liquidity, capital allocation and strategic projects.

The role demands a qualified ACA or equivalent with extensive IFRS expertise, strong leadership, and experience in a listed environment. A senior, hands-on leader is required for fast-paced execution.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA or equivalent.
• Significant post-qualification experience in Group Reporting within a listed business.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and technical accounting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of the Group's IFRS financial statements and annual report.
• Manage external audits and statutory reporting across international subsidiaries.
• Advise on complex IFRS matters and accounting judgements as technical accounting lead.
• Own Group cashflow forecasting, liquidity insight and capital allocation.
• Oversee accounting policies, financial controls and Prov. 29 requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on acquisitions, systems improvements and strategic projects.
• Lead and develop the Group Reporting team, driving process improvements.
