Dr. Martens is seeking a Sustainability Integration Manager to embed sustainability across the business. You will coordinate governance, reporting and engagement to support progress and regulatory readiness, collaborating with teams to drive long-term value for people and the planet.

The role focuses on governance, data accuracy, and external disclosures, ensuring credible ESG outcomes and stakeholder trust across the organisation in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities across functions.
• Experience with sustainability reporting, disclosures, and data governance.
• Knowledge of evolving ESG regulations and reporting requirements.
• Ability to create clear guidance and tools for colleagues to adopt sustainability priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sustainability governance, reporting and compliance activities to support delivery of business commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Manage sustainability reporting, disclosures and external assurance processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor ESG performance, ratings and emerging regulations, driving readiness and supporting risk management across the business.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement sustainability policies, standards and reporting requirements.
• Develop sustainability training, communications and engagement initiatives to build capability and promote organisational awareness.
