About your role:

We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers to ensure customers receive timely assistance. You will play a key role in British Gas's Service Promise of same-day fixes.

Base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE, with £53,000 being a realistic target through our reward scheme.

Representing British Gas, you will support customers during service visits or complex breakdowns. While you will have support from managers and colleagues, experience across various boilers and heating systems is essential due to job challenges.

What we’re looking for:

• A focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing/heating
• At least 3 years’ fault-finding and diagnosis experience
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault diagnosis on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems
