EPAM Systems in Newcastle, United Kingdom, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a hybrid team. You will source and hire for Data Analytics & AI, AI Engineering, and Enterprise/Cloud Architecture, collaborating with hiring managers and a Lead Recruiter to support EPAM’s expanding Data & AI practice.

You will drive sourcing strategies, build proactive pipelines, and leverage AI-enabled tools to engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business

Competenze

• 1–2 years of technology recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Data Analytics, AI, Cloud or Engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts and SDLC.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract niche technical talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and AI tools to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct technical screening and assessments based on software engineering principles and cloud tech.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical roles with strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide hiring metrics updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with business priorities.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
