You will work with hiring managers, leverage AI-powered tools, and manage end-to-end processes while maintaining accurate ATS records and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in technology recruitment in an agency or in-house setting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for candidate sourcing and day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Strong sourcing expertise with Boolean search, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple business units.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive networking and research.

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our hybrid team in Newcastle.In this role, you will work alongside a Lead Recruiter to drive recruitment initiatives across multiple business units in an AI-native technology consultancy.
