You will source and hire technical professionals across Data Analytics & AI, AI Engineering and Enterprise/Cloud Architecture, partnering with hiring managers and a Lead Recruiter to support EPAM’s Data & AI practice. You will drive recruitment strategies, build proactive pipelines, and leverage AI-driven sourcing to attract top engineering talent for transformative technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in technology recruitment focusing on Data, AI, Cloud or Engineering.
• Experience hiring for Data Analytics, ML, Cloud or Architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of software concepts, SDLC and cloud stacks.
• Proven sourcing skills including Boolean search, networking and passive candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract niche technical talent.
• Utilise Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools to build pipelines.
• Conduct technical screening based on software engineering principles and SDLC.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical roles with strong candidate experience.
• Maintain records in ATS and provide hiring metrics updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with business priorities.
