Requirements

Constructor has grown headcount by over 180% in the last two and a half years with a small recruiting team. To support continued growth, we are hiring an additional Technical Recruiter to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring, with a focus on providing excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences. The role primarily supports our Product team but also assists other departments such as Marketing and Customer Success across North America, APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. Experience recruiting for technical roles is highly preferred.

  • Organizing interviews and debriefs
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role criteria
  • Assessing technical capabilities of candidates
  • Building talent pipelines for future roles
  • Evaluating applicant potential in our environment
  • Improving hiring processes and funnels
Requirements
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude
  • Flexible working hours aligned with candidate and process needs
  • Strong retention track record
  • Experience hiring for roles such as Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Product Marketers, Customer Success Managers, etc., especially in SaaS
  • Proven success building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage candidates and hiring managers across different time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
