We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our London team. If you're passionate about live events, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy leading projects from concept through to successful delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for your clients, managing every stage of the project lifecycle. You'll interpret client requirements, prepare detailed quotations and project plans, coordinate equipment and crew resources, manage budgets, and oversee on-site delivery to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical knowledge, commercial awareness and exceptional client relationship management.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, quotations and cost estimates.
  • Manage project budgets, profitability and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate equipment, crew and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead on-site project delivery, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM records.
  • Reconcile completed projects and oversee invoicing.
  • Support ISO accreditation activities and internal business processes.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
  • Travel across the UK and internationally to support client events.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines excellent project management skills with a genuine enthusiasm for live event technology.

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of video, LED displays, audio, lighting and live event technologies.
  • An understanding of project management principles and processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budgeting experience.
  • Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Knowledge of rigging and lighting fundamentals would be an advantage but is not essential.

Why Join Us?

You'll become part of a global organisation delivering innovative technical solutions for some of the world's most prestigious live events across sport, entertainment, film, television and corporate experiences.

You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects using industry-leading technology while developing your career alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
