Job summary

SoCode Limited in Cambridge partners with a technology company to lead delivery of engineering, CAPEX and continuous improvement projects within the operations function. You will bridge engineering teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers to keep scope, cost and timelines under control.

You will apply agile methods within a structured delivery framework, manage risks, and drive robust documentation and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience delivering technical projects.
• Experience working with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects across operations and engineering
• Defining project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables with input from stakeholders
• Maintaining project plans, risk registers, resource requirements and forecasts
• Acting as the primary contact for projects and communicating complex concepts clearly
• Working with engineering teams to shape solutions meeting standards
• Championing robust engineering change control and documentation
• Introducing agile practices within a stage-gated delivery framework
• Identifying and managing risks, issues and supplier coordination
• Driving continuous improvement in project outcomes and delivery processes
