Job summary

SoCode Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Product Manager to define and deliver the strategy, roadmap, and success of a portfolio of specialist software and data products used by scientific and technical professionals worldwide.

You will work closely with engineering, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to identify customer needs, shape product direction, prioritise investment, and ensure successful delivery of valuable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience managing software, SaaS, platform, or technology products.
Proven track record delivering successful products and features.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
Commercially minded with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Translate business and customer needs into product priorities.
Work with Agile delivery teams to drive successful execution.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate opportunities.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
Manage products throughout their lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
