Job summary

LoweConex in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to deliver client projects by integrating the ConexOS platform with client BMS infrastructure. You will manage pre-delivery scope validation through to installation, commissioning support, acceptance and handover into support.

Coordinate stakeholders and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery within scope and budget. Exceptional candidates with relevant BMS/building services experience will be considered; strong planning,

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering technical, customer-facing projects in BMS/building services/FMS/HVAC/IoT environments.
• Ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders incl. customers, FM teams, controls/engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational capability across multiple sites/workstreams.
• Commercial awareness with budgets, forecasts, variations, purchase orders and supplier costs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with reporting, escalation and decision tracking.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools for plans, trackers, actions, reporting and document control.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent PM qualification.
• Experience with BMS platforms, controls contractors, HVAC control strategies, remote telemetry and energy monitoring.
• Understanding of OT, secure connectivity, network dependencies and integrated facilities environments.
• Experience delivering multi-site retail/commercial rollouts with phased mobilisation, survey, install, commissioning and optimisation.
• Awareness of health and safety expectations, site access controls and contractor governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LoweConex projects safely, on time, within budget and to technical scope.
• Validate project scope, timelines and costs during bid processes as part of cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer requirements and site constraints into clear project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate BMS, HVAC, controls, energy, metering and facilities management stakeholders.
• Maintain governance across scope, cost, risk, change control and customer communications.
• Ensure installation, commissioning, optimisation and handover are planned, tracked and closed.
• Provide accurate reporting and proactive escalation to protect customer confidence.
