Job summary

IMG is seeking an operational Technical Project Manager with a telecom or broadcast background to join its Cingularity team in London. You will drive development and expansion, ensuring on-time delivery while engaging in service delivery, logistics, procurement, pricing and resource management.

You will help shape workflows, scale processes, and support growth across multiple disciplines in a start-up environment. A strong background in telecommunications or broadcast projects is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and Service Delivery for Telecommunications or Sports Broadcast.
• Expert in Office 365 or G-Suite, with excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Broadcast environments and workflows with satellite/broadcast operators.
• Experience with PM applications such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike and Asana.
• Familiar with Telecommunications products (Wavelength, Dark fibre, Managed Ethernet).
• Strong documentation writing: project scoping, exec summaries, status reports.
• Proven PM/Service Delivery experience in a related industry.
• PRINCE2 qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery of customer solutions, engaging with suppliers and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate telecommunication connectivity from order to handoff.
• Coordinate logistics for upcoming events.
• Coordinate quotations and ordering, negotiating with suppliers and managing costs.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to optimise delivery and reduce risk.
• Identify potential project risks and communicate with management.
• Monitor progress, quality, issues, and maintain project documentation.
