Job summary

IMG is seeking a Solution Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of a core media technology platform for broadcasting and sports content production. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation, coordinating with an external SI partner and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and readiness for go-live.

The role emphasizes training program design, business readiness gates, and collaboration across teams in a hybrid Stockley Park environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering media technology platforms in broadcasting or sports environments.
• Understanding of live and non-live media workflows.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end media platforms and integrations.
• Experience coordinating with SI partners and managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform delivery and translate requirements into designs.
• Manage SI partner performance, deliverables, and risks.
• Define test strategy and coordinate deployment planning.
• Design training programs and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Define readiness criteria and govern go-live decisions.
• Engage stakeholders and report progress transparently.
