Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in the UK to coordinate software and data projects across Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, and Power BI. You will translate business needs into actionable work packages and drive release management and testing across multiple teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, and a track record in SaaS or data environments. Healthcare/regulatory exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain a rolling delivery roadmap.
Coordinate multiple technical projects and workstreams.
Translate business requirements into deliverable work packages.
Manage priorities, risks, dependencies and blockers.
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers.
Oversee testing, UAT, change control and releases.
Support customer onboarding and integration projects.
Improve delivery processes through automation and standardisation.
Validate supplier deliverables, costs and invoices.
Ensure delivery activity is documented, auditable and compliant.
Work closely with senior leaders, technical teams and external suppliers to plan, track, test and deliver projects.
Manage delivery across Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Power BI, APIs, data pipelines, Power Automate and SharePoint.

Job description

Requirements

Experience delivering software, SaaS, data or technology projects
Strong project, programme or delivery management background
Experience working with technical teams and third-party suppliers
Ability to write and refine requirements and acceptance criteria
Knowledge of testing, UAT, release management and change control
Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday.com or similar
Commercial awareness, including supplier management and invoicing
Desirable: experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL or Power BI
Desirable: experience in data, analytics or SaaS environments
Desirable: experience in healthcare, social care or other regulated sectors
Desirable: ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or audit-focused delivery
Desirable: process improvement and workflow automation

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in project management, particularly in delivering software, SaaS, and technology projects while ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication. Proficient in managing delivery across Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Power BI, and related technologies.
