Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to steer secure digital solutions within highly controlled environments in the UK. You will manage forecasting, risk, change control, and multi-team deliverables across vendors and internal resources.

The role requires strong experience in structured and agile methods (Scrum/Kanban), stakeholder reporting, and supplier management, along with eligibility for UK Security Clearance. You will drive collaboration and risk mitigation across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related fields preferred, or equivalent experience.
• APMP, Prince2 or Agile Certification.
• Strong project management, risk management and procurement management skills.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Shape Up and Kanban profiles and methodologies.
• Experience working in a project delivery environment.
• Sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools and methods such as APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo and Scrum.
• Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
• Strong problem-solving ability and motivation to continuously improve technology design and delivery.
