1. MUST HAVE: Microsoft Co-pilot implementation experience
2. MUST HAVE: Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft Co-pilot and Power automate ecosystem
3. MUST HAVE: Experience working with UK-based customers, multi-disciplinary teams, and Non-IT users
4. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex planning challenges
