Contract Opportunity: Technical Integration Project Manager – Workday HCM

Remote / with occasional travel to London | ️ Initial 44 Days | Competitive Day Rate | Workday Integrations Focus

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Integration Project Manager to lead the integration workstream of a Workday HCM implementation.

This is an initial 44 day contract focused on coordinating and de-risking a set of technical integrations ahead of go-live, with strong potential to extend into further phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Integration Catalogue, ensuring documentation and testing records are accurate and complete
• Develop and manage task-level plans for each integration
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track feedback, defects, and re-testing cycles
• Ensure all pre-requisites for integration testing are in place (e.g. supplier readiness, environments)
• Work with vendors to ensure monitoring and error alerting is set up across all integrations
• Identify workarounds and manage risk across the delivery lifecycle
• Deliver key documentation: integration specs, UAT logs, go-live readiness plans, and handover materials
• Support input into the cutover plan and smooth transition into the next programme phase

Ideal Experience:

• Strong background as a Technical Project Manager in Workday HCM environments
• Solid experience managing integration testing, UAT, and technical issue resolution
• Skilled in coordinating across suppliers, SMEs, and internal teams
• Excellent documentation and delivery planning capabilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
