Clownfish Events is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead the growth of their AV offerings and deliver exceptional events across Greater London. In this role, you'll establish long-term client relationships, manage projects from conception to execution, and represent Clownfish as a trusted technical expert.
Ideal candidates will have experience in AV solutions and strong communication skills. This position includes a mix of office and on-site work, with opportunities for leadership within the growing AV department.

We’re looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, sales person to lead the selling, planning and delivery of our AV and production events. We’re looking for a confident Technical Account Manager to help grow our AV offering and deliver exceptional, end-to-end events for clients across London and beyond.
You’ll focus on building long-term relationships with new and existing clients, turning ideas into AV solutions and taking full ownership of projects from sale through to on site delivery. You’ll work closely with our team to create seamless experiences and play a key role in shaping our growing AV department.

This role is 60% office based, 25% operational, and 15% on‑site.
Reports to: Technical Director.
Schedule:Mon-Fri, standard business hours – flexibility required on event days.
Location:Office-based, with Fridays WFH after onboarding. Occasional on-site on events and meeting prospective clients throughout Greater London.
Bonus: Annual profit share if company targets are hit.
