This isn't just project management.
You'll be a technical expert involved from the very first client conversation, helping shape creative ideas into technically deliverable solutions before leading the project through planning, preparation and live delivery.
Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure every project is delivered safely, creatively, on budget and to the exceptionally high standards we're known for.
You'll combine technical expertise with commercial awareness, balancing innovative ideas with practical delivery to create outstanding results for our clients.
You'll bring deep expertise in one core discipline of live event technology in either lighting, audio and/or video - along with a solid working knowledge across the wider technical landscape.

Reports To: Head of Projects
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility required due to our industry.
Location: Hybrid, 3 days at our Borehamwood office with 2 days working remotely (after a short period of onsite training)
Salary: £50-60k depending on experience
Holiday: 30 Days including Bank Holidays
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. To be considered, you must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
